How upsetting, 5 days before Valentine’s Day my fiancée ordered special flowers that I was named after. They were out of stock, claimed they sent an email, which was never received. They tried solving the problem saying they could send something similar and colorful, however I received carnations and other flowers which could never add up to the same value.
