I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral for a dear friend. I chose the deluxe arrangement and paid over $160. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral home but when I arrived and saw them, I was actually embarrassed that my name was on the card. They looked almost pitiful and certainly nowhere near what was pictured or expected. Hy-Vee has done a great job for me in the past and they are easy to order from, but I will be forced to explore other options in the future.
