Delivery was 20 min late. When the florist arrived they still had to put the bouquets together. My bridal bouquet fell apart when it was brought to me while getting ready and the florist blamed it on my brother who walked it from where she was putting together to my suite. The flowers in the bouquet weren't the flowers I ordered and they said it was because their shipment came in bad. I went in to ask some questions about flowers for my wedding. Tana was THE MOST HELPFUL person I could have every imagined and needed for such an important and, what can be, a stressful topic because of how much knowledge and work goes into flowers for big events. I will never get flowers here again. I was having wedding photos retaken and placed an order and paid $165 in weeks in advance for a bridal bouquet and a boutonnière. I told them I wanted white roses and champagne colored flowers with baby's breath and no greenery, that is NOT what I got! I also told them I would pick them up by 2 pm on Tuesday May 7th.
