I placed a floral order for delivery for a dear friend for her birthday. Never heard that she received something so I checked the order the next morning and the order was canceled. Called customer service and was told that I needed to talk to the Brooklyn Park Floral Department but they were probably closed but was transferred anyway? So called directly to Floral Department at 7:30 am and was told that if they don't have the product to fulfill the order it's cancelled. Why didn't someone call me and let me know?
