I am not happy. Hy-Vee Floral used to be so good and now it is infuriatingly pathetic. It was bad enough what the flowers looked like last time ($132 for something I could have put together from Walmart's end cap for $40), but this time unbelievable. I needed Saturday delivery for a birthday, and paid for the premium arrangement (and $8 for the balloon), and this pile of sad, wilty flowers and unbloomed lilies is what showed up!! The floral for my friends wedding were so disappointing. Half of the flowers were extremely wilted and spotted. Also, some of the flowers that were essential to her vision didn't come in in time, and the florist didn't make us aware of the situation until drop off. She replaced the flowers missing with baby's breath and not anything that matched her vision. Overall we were so disappointed and will not be going through this company in the future.
