We ordered flowers for a friend online. Something was wrong with the website and were charged twice. When we contacted the customer service phone number we were told to go to this specific grocery store to get the issue resolved. When we went to the store we were given the contact info of the accounting manager of this specific HyVee. We emailed her and she told us she would reverse the charge.
