Ordered 2 dozen flowers for Mother’s Day over a week in advance. Even checked a couple days prior that my order was going to be made. Came to pick up on Mother’s Day they couldn’t locate order. I had to buy these half dead 2 dozen roses instead and all they could say was you’re in luck…. in luck? half dead wrong color and had to buy, so lucky for me.

I buy flowers frequently from here but I will not anymore. They messed up my most recent delivery order and they could care less. I ordered flowers, a balloon, and a cup. I received Flowers and a cake. Also, the flowers did not come with the message I wrote, they put the message from the cup/ballon (cake) order. They also didn’t spell it the way I had wrote it down, which defeated the purpose of the message. When I called to discuss the order, the lady I spoke with could care less and didn’t even apologize. We ordered flowers for a friend online. Something was wrong with the website and were charged twice. When we contacted the customer service phone number we were told to go to this specific grocery store to get the issue resolved. When we went to the store we were given the contact info of the accounting manager of this specific HyVee. We emailed her and she told us she would reverse the charge.
