I received a dozen roses on friday..6 days later most are dead and droopy. Hyvee used to have good flowers..not anymore. Told husband not to get me flowers from hyvee storm lake. For the money spent and delivery it was really disappointing.

Extremely disappointed! My daughter (who once worked for a Hy-Vee floral so she knew exactly what she was asking for) called to order flowers from our family for a funeral. She was very specific in what she wanted and paid extra for those additions. The flowers that were received were the correct kind of flowers shoved in a vase with a little silky bow. It was not the special basket arrangement with a satin bow that was paid extra for.

Eric Woods was a great help. Flowers I ordered for a funeral through a 3rd party vendor were not delivered on time and their customer service indicated that the flowers would not be delivered in time for the funeral. Eric was able to create a beautiful arrangement and delivered it himself with less than a half hour before the viewing. Without Eric going above and beyond, I am not sure that any flowers would have arrived at all. Highly recommend this florist for all your needs.
