Whomever works in the floral dept during the day time hours (petite lady in her 50's) is VERY rude. I have dealt with her a handful of times both in person and on the phone in the last month and it has been less than pleasant ALL times. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere because she truly makes it seem as though placing orders is an inconvenience to her.

The flower arrangement was haphazardly done. A big letdown. I strongly recommend a different florist or a different hyvee.

I was surprisingly delivered flowers (some type of mum plant) on Sunday. I cannot explain how pathetic it looked. It was in a brown Hyvee paper bag. When I pulled it out, all stems drooped down to the table. The plant was bone dry. Now I know why it was in the bag, it kept the flower in shape. I wanted to take a picture to post it, because my family gave me this gift as a big accomplishment I achieved, but i couldn't. I could not show them what their money bought. It was disgraceful !!
