Super helpful woman (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name but she was great!) took my order over the phone as I was sending flowers to a loved one from afar. I asked for a bright birthday balloon bouquet and a low, wide, colorful centerpiece. She was spot on (see photo) — exactly what I had in mind and the recipients loved it.

Choose your delivery time, but they will not call to tell you when your delivery time is being pushed off until several hours after your selected time. When you call to ask why your delivery hasn't been sent out yet, they will act like it's no big deal, and you're asking too much, with no apology at all for the lack of communication.

I worked with Brenda for my wedding flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned! We had a large bridal party - 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen along with both sets of parents, an usher, ringbearer, personal attendant, flower girl baby's breath crown, bulk greenery and baby's breath, and a corner swag for my wedding arch. They were delivered in time by Brenda personally and she made sure everything I needed was there and was what we wanted. Very good quality and right within my budget I gave her!
