I had flowers delivered for my Birthday from out of state. They called to see if I was home and I was not home at the time. The driver left them on my front steps in a glass vase with no water or wrapping to protect the bouquet! It rolled down my steps and was ruined. Luckily the glass did not break but the flowers were wilted and sitting there for hours. They called to apologize and wanted the old flowers back ! Seriously! Just delivered new ones and make it right on your part! Never again! Do better !
Walked in with an empty vase and lace ribbon I bought on Amazon, told the lady working the floral department it was my 13th wedding anniversary (lace) and this is what she created. Absolutely stunning! Thank you
