Rude and inconsiderate of customers feelings. Does not listen or care what the customer actually wants, they just do what they like regardless of style or colors requested. Just an FYI online floral orders from places like FTD use Hyvee Floral so do some research where your flowers will come from.

Our Colorado friends sent us flowers for our 40th. Absolutely happy with these beautiful flowers. They delivered to us..25 miles away in Harlan, from Atlantic! Not a stem broken, a flower bud damaged! Beautiful and sorry that I started crying at the delivery guy...it was tears of happiness!
