I went into the Pharmacy at 6:50pm tonight and as I was getting help the pharmacist was locking the door. I really think if the business hours are till 7pm then they should stay open till 7pm. She locked the door early on customers, so if a crippled customer needed their medication they would have to walk all the way around to find out they had closed early. Outstanding customer service regarding my online shopping order. Zach and his team went beyond my expectations.
I frequent North Hy-Vee often&always have a great experience whether I’m grocery shopping, picking up food from the kitchen, or getting Starbucks. Today I called at 10:30 AM and asked if they could get a cake made&decorated by 2 PM. Luis from the bakery did an AMAZING job, &had it done early! They saved the birthday party!
