The air machine at the fuel station has been broken for weeks. You mean to tell me nobody knows about that. Come on Hy-Vee. Management where are you?
The Food Service Manager, Sean, is great to work with. I had some issues with a previous order, but Sean did great for our most recent event. The food was excellent, the delivery was exceptional, and communication was quick and concise. I highly recommend this location for your catering needs.
After calling, I was asking to email my catering request. I did so and never received a response. This has happened to me at multiple HyVee locations over the past two years. I used to use HyVee catering frequently. Their newfound unreliability and poor communication procedures have forced me to remove them from my list of potential caterers. Use with caution unless to have a lot of extra time to make follow-up calls.
