Waited in line for an hour just to have it completely miss most of my car. It wasn’t very dirty to begin with and the dirt comes off clean with a light finger wipe but the wash didn’t manage to take off any of it. Even the dryers barely took off the water after. Never had an experience nearly this bad with any of the other nearby car washes.
Excellent soft touch wash.
