There is is a touch-free car wash or a more traditional car wash. We've tried both and my daughter prefers the traditional because of the colorful soap. I personally prefer the touchless. Both do a fairly decent job of cleaning, naturally missing some spots since it isn't programmed specifically for your vehicle. As with any car wash, I wish there were more/better directions. Waited in line for an hour just to have it completely miss most of my car. It wasn’t very dirty to begin with and the dirt comes off clean with a light finger wipe but the wash didn’t manage to take off any of it. Even the dryers barely took off the water after. Never had an experience nearly this bad with any of the other nearby car washes.
