The employees are always so helpful and do a great job at keeping the store clean. The brats and steaks in the meat department are wonderful. The checkout lanes are always helpful when an employee sees me waiting in line,I like how they’re always ready to help me at another checkout lane.

Hy-Vee is such a friendly place to shop and also have our groceries delivered. They always go above and beyond!
What a huge let down. Sunday buffet was one of the better ones around the westside. They decreased buffet choices in half and it shows as the restaurant was basically empty. Get your own beverages, silverware. The big kicker is that the prices stayed the same. I was told that this was a corporate wide decision for all locations. Staff has been cut way back so that the very limited service that they do provide still is blah! What a shame!
Love the Altoona Hyvee and Starbucks. Always good service, friendly and fast. This store is always clean and well taken care of.
