I ordered a birthday cake for my sons birthday and have never been so disappointed. ZERO effort was put in to it. The entire cake was one printed, edible image. They didn’t even take the time to pipe on “Happy Birthday”, just included in a printed image. I will NEVER order another cake from here again.
The floral department ladies from yesterday 10/15/19 around 1130am went above and beyond to help us get our floral arrangement for boss' day today! We just wanted to thank them for that!
I just want to thank the gal ( I don't remember her name) from your floral dept. I called on Thursday for things to be sent to a funeral in Nauvoo. She took time with me, read to me the sayings on the stepping stones available, and even offered to send me pictures!! I live in Central Iowa, so knowing someone was taking care of this was priceless...THANK YOU!
A big shout out to the Bakery at our home town HyVee in Ft. Madison! I had gone in and ordered a cake on Tuesday, to be picked up for a party on Saturday. All details on a handwritten note/picture of the desired decorations. Sent hubby to pick up Saturday for party-he called-and NO CAKE. I had written July-not June- on the paper I had given to the Bakery gal. Oh my. Minor panic. Hubby assured me he’ll get a cake. 15 minutes later, in he walks...the cake done just how I had requested.
