Anyone....ANYONE placing a to go Hy-Vee grocery order listen up. 1, worst experience ever. 2, make sure your pick up time is for 8, 9 or 10am. Even though I placed my order 4 days ago, upon pick up I didn't get half my items. Their "excuse" is because I chose a pick up time between 6-7pm because that's WHEN I WOULD BE IN TOWN!! They do NOT go through orders in the morning for the day. I do all of my shopping at Hy-Vee but today the bakery must have been having a bad morning. I understand a store open 24 hours sometimes gets caught and pulled to do other things so maybe they’re a few minutes late on some things. But the store is no longer 24 hours so there’s no real plausible reason a donut case shouldn’t be ready when the store does open. 6:15, eh okay a little behind not a big deal. Almost 6:45? I have always had a great experience with Hy-Vee in Manhattan. Friendly helpful staff all the way around! We are treated more like family than customers when we shop there. Don’t mind traveling 60 miles one way for their great selection and service!! I only have one complaint and that is when then were no longer open 24 hours and starting closing at 11 pm. 😕
pharmacy, very nice staff. had to wait a bit longer and they where super informative and helpful.
