I just came from taking my son to the paw patrol and dinner. Was one of the first there. Sat for a while waiting for our food. Got it, my sons was not cooked and mine was totally wrong. Sent it back, my sons came back fine, mine did not, sent it back again, came out with no lettuce, no fries and burnt. I sent it back three times before I just said forget my food. This was our very first time here. We will not be back.
We love this place. Always a good experience shopping here. The prices tend to be higher than some other stores but the difference is made up in service. My daughter loves coming there for the cookie, balloon and other goodies. I actually was talking to her last night and I asked her how old are you, etc etc, and I said where to we live and her response was "We live at hy-vee, I lOVE hy-vee!" haha it sure does feel like it sometimes!
I am over the moon with how awesome Hy-Vee is!! I have never experienced one before (I am from TX) and I was blown away with how awesome this grocery store is! I will never shop anywhere else, if there is a Hy-Vee around!!
I absolutely love the online shopping. My first couple of times I picked up at the store and now I have had my groceries delivered three times to my house. What a huge times savings this has been. Your employees are top notch!! Very personable, and obviously care about what they do!!!
I always have such a pleasant shopping experience here at HyVee. All the employees are very nice and ready to help me with whatever I need! I had a wonderful experience getting sandwich and veggie trays for a party I hosted. The food was a hit, and the employees who prepared the trays made the process fast and easy. I can't say enough great things about this store!
I purchased 2 chicken salad sandwich's and the bread was so DRY I had to chase it with water! yuck! The guy that made this shoulda knew better than to use that dry old bread.
