Hi, I am the admin of a group called Centsible Shopper on Facebook. We have had several members have issues with using coupons the CORRECT WAY or they aren't allowed to price match. If a manager can please respond and address this issue I would appreciate it. Hello! I want to give a SHOUT OUT to the awesome crew working in the deli area at Hy-Vee on Hamilton on Wednesday, Sept. 20 over the noon hour. I follow a special medical diet and have several food restrictions, which makes eating away from home a challenge. The team was super helpful in answering my questions about what's in some of the cold deli salads and even printed out ingredient lists for me to read. The customer service and my meal were great. The store does fine, the gas/ convenience store not so much. New policy to combat drive offs is to inconvenience those not breaking the law. Pump purchases open your card up to skimmers and prepay inside negates the perks card. Not impressed, hoping I have enough gas to get to the next station.
