RecommendedI want to say thank you to the Hy-vee bakery! I needed a full sheet cake for a retirement party with VERY short notice. It was great, they did an amazing job, aaand our retiring friend was thrilled with it. You guys rock!
RecommendedI generally like Hy-Vee but feel they really need to work on their Aisles Online service. I placed my order yesterday. Driver had to come to my house 3 times today due to forgotten items. Purchased a large order of strawberries and could only use 10 of the berries; the rest were completely rotten. Certainly not worth the money! I will stick to shopping for produce at Aldi.

I love the selection of items in every department. They will price match other ads with the paper ad in hand, can’t be digital which I prefer since I don’t get a paper, but if u do then they will price match other local stores. Always have great service and employees are always visible and very helpful. Love my HyVee and their app makes it so easy to make a list and shop by isles! Plus u can shop online a day before and pickup without going into the store! What’s more could u want!

RecommendedToday started out horribly as I got to Hyvee to pick up a cake that I ordered 11 days ago but when I got there they said they didn't have an order for me. I was mad! When I got to work I called them because I still needed a cake and spoke to the manager. They delivered my cake for no cost to me, added extra decorations on it, and gave us some really cute balloons! I'm very impressed with how they handled the situation and would still recommend them.
