A great place to shop!!! I love their pharmacy, too!!
Just went from being a satisfied Hy-Vee customer to a VERY satisfied Hy-Vee customer. Mid-day shopping on Christmas Eve could have easily been a stressful and miserable experience. Indeed the parking lot was full and carts and people were a buzzing everywhere in the store. Despite that, every employee I encountered had a genuine smile and TWO separate employees took time to not only answer my questions but walk with me to where I could find the products I was looking for. Hy-Vee is a great place to shop. They always have staff to help you, and carry many items that other stores don't have.
I appreciate the friendly employees. It is the only supermarket chain where I am greeted by the staff in almost every aisle.
