Awesome customer service, the store director helped bag my groceries and did all my ad matching!
Usually love shopping here but I bought my Vday dinner for 2 and lobster tail was something that was supposed to be included and out of the most expensive part....didn't get it. Got home and nope no lobster tail, bread was harder than a rock, asparagus was already bad and was told by guys behind counter everything was packaged fresh that day. I expected to get a deal for $45 Now I'm feeling like I got taken for my money. Doubting whether I'll shop there again �
This Hy-Vee totally rocks with its outstanding seafood counter and bakery fresh breads like Asiago Cheese (made fresh on-site every morning)!
I have to say that I'm very unhappy that you no longer have the grand buffet. If you don't want people eating the buffet in the restaurant you should just get rid of the buffets all together. I'm very disappointed.

Love Hy-Vee! The one on Locust has a great selection of dairy-free and peanut-free products! Makes me so happy when I can cook a 'regular' meal and know it's completely safe for my granddaughter - who has severe allergies. Thank you Hy-Vee!
I Love, Love Hy-Vee!! Best store around. Fresh produce, fresh meat. I have never been in the store where a smiling employee hasn't greeted me in an isle. Makes you feel like home.
