Hy-Vee is a great grocery store for Fitchburg/Verona. I live in Verona, beats traveling to the other two stores. Customer service is excellent. The best selection for meat/seafood dept. It was very confusing for the buffet, no sign to say start here. A lot of congestion, confusion on where to pay, debit card super small, not able to see transaction at the restaurant counter. Our family will get the hang of it and def shop here!
They need a lot more staff training!
Great job staffing on the opening week! Everyone is so helpful, pleasant, and knowledgable. Great place for lunch!
I've only been there once, but customer service and management were very attentive. The store was very clean. The Asian food we ate was hot and delicious. We also received a free loaf of bread from the bakery.
