Recommendedjust walking in a getting treat really nice
Stopped in today for the first time at this location. Disappointed in the extreme lack of customer service. After walking the aisles, with no smiles, and 3 employees passing me, not one asked if I needed help, I stopped an employee who was busy chatting with a Starbucks employee and asked for help. Sorry ladies to interrupt your conversation. Don't worry, I won't interrupt you again. I'll keep shopping at Trader Joe's, they are helpful.

The service was great atmosphere just as good
I have placed over 50 orders with them online with over 1/2 delivered with no problem. I get a call this morning from a very rude employee telling me they have never delivered to West Liberty and will not. I have her multiple order #s of delivered orders and she still continuously interrupted me and was rude not the “helpful smile in every aisle”. You have lost my business HyVee Dodge Street FOREVER!!
