RecommendedBought coffee creamer from here, got home, it was expired. No biggie, I’ll get a new one when I get back to the city. (I live in Tipton). Sent a Facebook message to them letting them know, and no joke, I had Regina at my front door the very next day with a replacement and gift card with donuts! That’s customer service! It was at least 26 miles from the store and they made a special trip to let me know they go above and beyond! Hy-Vee is always my favorite store and thanks to Dodge St, I will always return! Shout out to the employee who saw how mad my kids were when there was no fire truck shopping cart today! She came and found me back in the bakery when someone returned it so the kids could use it while we finished shopping. Wish I caught her name, but she is just one of the many reasons we love Hyvee!
I have shopped at every single Hy-Vee in the Iowa City area, and this one is by far my favorite! Everyone is kind, willing to help, and is very knowledgeable about products.

Joe and I went to HyVee tonight for the extreme bingo. Lots of laughs, lots of singing and great food. Truly, these folks know how to do it right.
