Today (2/19/20) I did the weekly shopping and one item on the upcoming menu was broccoli. There were at least 15 bundles of broccoli available and all were so wilted they felt pre-cooked. I have noticed lettuce and some other greens in the refrigerator case in the same condition. This is not a new problem with this HyVee store. Does anyone else have this problem and are the other two Iowa City stores the same way?
RecommendedMy 8 year old daughter and I just got our flu shots here. The pharmacy tech was so incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. It really made a world of a difference to my kid, who was really nervous to get the shot. I highly recommend this store and pharmacy.
Laurel Hollopeter does an amazing job with all your floral needs. Not only does he make everything look beautiful and he will also make sure you are happy with the finished product. I would not buy flowers from anybody else. You can tell that he is very passionate about what he does. Laurel always has a smile on his face and is always ready to help with anything even if it is not floral. You do an amazing job Laurel!!!
Love how my husband asked the customer service blond lady if he could call me for a ride to the hospital and she refused. She also refused to call 911 herself. Walgreens on the other hand let him. Otherwise I would have sued Hy-Vee for denial of medical care when he was in severe pain. Never shopping here again!!!
meat department should be ashamed of themselves nice looking meat at a high price get home they pulled the old switcheroo and gave me mottled brown meat

The floral department is outstanding! Laural Hollopeter goes above and beyond to meet each and every need for a funeral, special event like Drake relays, and Prom! The prom corsage that Laurel and Chad designed was out of this world and my daughter Haley had the opportunity to wear it and display it proudly! I can’t wait to see what they come up with for next year to top what they did this year! I believe they are now advertising “The Haley Twist” corsage! We are truly blessed to have Laurel as a part of our HLV community!
Employees are all super great and smiley, except that bartender Aaron. He has RBF like 24/7. The cafe is probably the best one ever though. The employees in there deserve good tips�
