RecommendedWe picked up our prepared holiday meal the morning of Christmas Eve. The store was packed, however, it was fully staffed with outstanding individuals. Everything went smoothly from picking our meal up to checking out AND everything was delicious!
The store was busy today just before the holiday and there was more then enough staff to help you find an item and virtually no wait in line to check out. All staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful

Currently sitting outside eating my Chinese buffet food b/c I’m apparently not allowed to sit in your dining area b/c it is reserved for the ONE person eating your crab buffet at 4:45 in the evening. What a joke, never again! You’ve lost a customer!
I did grocery pick up. Got charged for 90.00 of groceries I did not get. Most of it was wrong. Worst experience ever. The person who shopped my order got things then never put them in my cart. Hope someone likes the roast pork chops ground beef and creamer that I paid for.

I recently got married and hyvee did my taco bar catering! It was extremely well priced and they were very accommodating! Everyone loved the food! I also had found a review of Monika from the bakery online and she had done a cake that was very similar to one I wanted to get done for my husband for his rehearsal grooms cake! I went in and met with her and she was so nice and honest of what she could do and she communicated with me very well about price and details even after I left! I love going to the Hy-Vee Market Grille. Love the happy hour with half price drinks and appetizers. Corey is hands down the best bartender!!
The phone didn’t even ring once before someone answered. She was very polite and answered all of my questions promptly. The customer service at Hy-Vee definitely cannot be beat. I called another bakery in town and not only was the person I spoke to rude but they took a long tome to answer as well.
