Very friendly and helpful staff
I did my first on-line order today and was thrilled! Even during the pandemic and snow storm, I got most of my items. The staff were coming out quickly in the snow through the slushy parking lot to get us our stuff quickly. I love HyVee and they continue to impress me over and over!!
Stopped in Market Grill today to treat myself to lunch, had some nachos, they were awesome.
After a mix up with door dash they went the extra mile to male sure I had a great experience. A shout out to Derek for his help and laroyce for his great service. Love your guys service
We recently had a mermaid themed birthday party for our daughter. We met with Monika from bakery and showed her pictures of what we were looking for. To say we were impressed with the results would be an understatement. The cookies, cupcakes, and cake came out looking exactly like the pictures we showed her. They simply looked amazing. We would absolutely recommended using Monika and the Hy-Vee bakery again.
Just about everything, mostly, however, the staff. They are always there to help, no snarling, it seems like folks are glad to be at work...and that is wonderful...Thank you for making grocery shopping a good experience...instead of a chore.
