I am done shopping at this store. Three checkouts open, at least10 people in each line. Shelves aren't stocked well, I understand a bad storm went through but other Hy-Vee's are stocked well. The other day I was there and couldn't get half the stuff I needed. Went to another Hy-Vee and got everything I needed. I think the store director needs to step up and fix these problems. This Hy-Vee is 5 min from my house but I will drive 20 min to shop elsewhere. I am disgusted.
I'd like to say a Big Thank You To Hyee I used my fuel savers Card today & paid 14 cent's form my gas today filled it up

A little disappointed with my recent visit. No disinfectant wipes for carts at either entrance at about 9:15am. I’m guessing they weren’t filled for the elderly/at risk shopping time that morning? Also, not as big of a deal, but only about half of the employees were wearing masks and practicing social distancing.

was just there this morning because I seen they had toilet paper. I got there an they had 2 kinds but NO prices to be found so I grabbed one like the sign said, got home seen my receipt an over 13 DOLLARS for a 6 pack! looked online an three other stores including one thats always more pricey were all lower then what I paid! HYVEE PRICE GOUGING IS ILLEGAL! As a wife of a immunosuppressed husband with a heart condition an mother to a 2 year old an being extremely cut on hours every penny counts these days! shame on you.
Amazing job with online orders during the pandemic. The employees are always smiling and helpful when bringing groceries to the car to help us minimize the spread of the virus. Raises all around!
