RecommendedI LOVE LOVE everyone in the bakery at this location! I’ve been coming here for 4 years, 3 times a year for my kids birthday. I usually don’t call til a few days in advance and most of the time I need something simple, but I don’t have any ideas in mind. I had the worst experience at this hy-vee yesterday. The cashier my mother and I had was awful. She argued with prices that we showed her in the ad. We had to have my mom’s order completely redone because she didn’t give us the right prices. Then I purchased a gift card along with my groceries and she didn’t even put it in my bag. Then I go back to get the gift card and the manager tells me “I’m lucky it was found” when I wasn’t even given the gift card! Hy-Vee bakery did an awesome job filling my unique donut order!!!! They did an amazing job and were very accommodating!!!!
This Hy-Vee is my go-to since it's on my way home from work. Tonight I ran in to get dog food, loaded it in my trunk and put my cart away. I got home and realized I didn't have my purse. I called Hy-Vee and sure enough, it had already been turned in to customer service. I had left it in the cart. I'm happy to report that all of my items, cash, cards, driver's license were all inside. A very special thanks to the employee or customer who turned it in right away!!
