I shopped at the Ansborough HyVee during the 7:00-8:00 a.m. time reserved for people over 60 and those with special health conditions. I did not feel safe. My checker had a mask on that covered her mouth but not her nose. She claimed that she had not received any training on how to wear it properly. She sprayed off the conveyer belt, but then handled all my groceries. There was no hand sanitizer at the checkout counter, so I cleaned the card reader myself with a sanitary wipe. I got the 6 for 10 pop over the weekend and was charged 11.97 for 3 and 3.99 each for the other 3 didn’t notice it while ringing up but the lady was not very nice and I was told you should get a full refund if overcharged she was rude told me no and just gave me 11 dollars back.
Ordered a ‘Hawkeye’ cookie cake for my daughters grad party. I was expecting the emblem (just the Hawkeye head) but it was frosted with the entire Herky character and it looked unbelievable- tasted great, too!
Ordered a Lemon Birthday cake with butter cream frosting. The character on the cake was Maxine. The hand drawn character was great, icing colors matched Maxine and the cake tasted fabulous. Awesome job Hy-Vee
absolutely rediculous. the checkout line, not lineS, backed up through the isle behind.. nothing like waiting 12 minutes just to get to the register. lesson learned, go to the CF one from now on.
