I love this Hy Vee! I live 3 hours away but have family in St. James. When visiting family I make a point to go to Hy Vee if we are in Fairmont. I love the bakery. We have done a few cakes from them and have always been absolutely thrilled with the quality and service. We have used the floral department several times for arrangements. I had one issue with them one time and they immediately took care of it. I work close to a big brand new Hy-Vee in Brooklyn Park, but it does not compare to your store! Clean, organized, fast and friendly service, and good prices.
Caren and I moved here from Austin TX. Our favorite store in Austin was HEB. Our HY-Vee in Fairmont met our every expectation. The salad bar and food court are amazing.

I love the bakery at HyVee ..... However, we were shocked to see that the price of Danish Sweet Rolls has gone from 99 cents each to $l.50 each ..... No difference in rolls other than now there are no plastic bags for them - only cute little boxes. That's too big of a price jump in a couple of weeks!

Hi Marilyn, Our bakery just rolled out a New Fresh Fried Donut program. We now make from scratch all of our donuts and rolls.
