The deli food was either underdone or overdone in the deli/dining area. The seating area was confusing. No soda machine available and the workers didn't know much. Very sad experience.
The store is always a mess. Empty or full ones just blocking the aisles with employees just walking by like they could care less.
Came to have dinner with my daughter. Waited 25 min at our table for them to refill the salad bar. Then by the time they filled the multiple missing items we had to leave for another engagement. Not a happy camper, I’m hungry! Service was not much better. We will save our money for somewhere else next time. Smh
They don’t have any clue what in the he’ll is going an and they are just about marketing the service and food they produce is so poor and and they are just about money nothing else. Thanks and not for me!
Terrible Customer Service
we were there for 2 hours. 45 minutes waiting on food. they forgot to give my wife a bun for her hamburger, never asked if we wanted refills, never got ketchup mustard. another waitress spilled seafood stock on my wifes winter coat and just said its ok its water and never gave her napkins or a towel to clean it up. then at the end when I asked for the bill our waitress asked if I wanted anything else (hahaha 30 minutes ago i did when you were not around ). after bringing me the check the waitress just said I did all the comp... read more

We waited over an hour for our food it’s was very slow tonight i almost always get great service even with a Manaqer there no one said they were sorry that’s just bad management very sad 😔
