I met a rep on Wednesday, 8 days later still no quote. When I asked why I didn't receive a quote he said I was rude for expecting it that quickly. I guess 8 days is too quick to get a quote. I can only imagine how slow they'd be if I hire them, no thanks.

We understand your frustration over us taking time to send the quotes, but we do process over 100 quotes a day on the busy season . I wish I was here to write a rave review on Hytech Landscaping but their costumer service and apparent "warranties" are GARBAGE. As the company boasted about being an A+ on the BBB, I would beg to differ. We had a patio put in **** of 2021. The patio itself turned out amazing, thanks to the quality of work of the men working for this company. To them, THANK YOU!! Did a horrible shoddy job. Such an easy thing too. All we wanted was to bury sump pump drainage pipe. They did but now the turf above is is all uneven. Dangerous even. The worst part? They have completely ignored our concerns and complaints about the job they did. Run away from this outfit. Gonna contact BBB next.
I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Hy-Tech is very unprofessional, have absolutely no respect for your time, and are horrible with communication. We scheduled Steve for an estimate and he never showed up. Called the front office that night who said they'd look into it and never returned my call. Emailed them the next day and Lisa explained that they had the appointment for the next day. Steve never showed up for that one either. There are tons of great landscaping companies out there, don't waste your time with this one.
Our family has had a rough couple of months. Hytech (steve) new how important this party was for our family! With all the horrible weather we have been having they still kept their promise to us so we could celebrate this special day! Thank you for all your staffs hard work our patio looks beautiful! The Hytech installers are a well oiled machine, I could not believe how they knew each others next move and poof we had a gorgeous patio!! Thanks again for helping us celebrate this special day!
Steve was responsive to all questions and requests.. The workmanship was excellent. We were very pleased with the end result.
BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! Do NOT use this company, SCAMMER!!! They do not pay there employees for hours worked, can't keep employees, because they don't pay them. The have people from craigs list walk off jobs, VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS, buyer beware!!!! Should be a negative star rating!!!
DO NOT do business with this company. Their prices are reasonable but when it comes down to the product and customer service it is poor. We had some landscaping work done and they do not honor their warranty on the product. They do not return phone calls. Check with the Better Business Bureau. They receive an F rating from them and do not respond to the complaints. I wish I would have checked before we did business with Hy-Tech. I would give them no stars if I could!!
