Current employee at the plant, was their when it was family owned and am still their, it has gone through some thought times from the buy out by Donaldson inc. we’ve went through a lot of people and not going to lie employees that had been their long than me. So, I just got fired on the 18th for "attendance." That's funny, I was under the threshold before being fired and they still found a way. Ever since the new plant manager took over, the revolving door went into over drive. He is thin skinned and calls the cops if you use bad language. Other than that, the pay was decent and the workers were great.

This review was made before Donaldsons took over FYI: Hy-Pro is one of the greatest companies to work for! If you worked here and it didn't work out, its because of you not them. All they ask is that you come to work (without an attitude) and do your work efficiently. I can tell you right now, there are no companies in this area that care for their employees like Hy-Pro. They are going places!!
