Hy-Pride has always had great customer service and been great at getting our shop taken care of. The shop I work at has always used Hy-pride for supplies and they have always been wonderful to work with.
Been buy supplies with this company for over 16 years, ordered a base for dust mop they said it be 2 weeks they will call me and nothing this went on for over a year with several visits to follow up.. I went In today I was Talking to my granddaughter the lady said i can’t hear a word your saying!! Very mean and and rude!
