Garbage Company. The shop is a mess and no-one is in the office ever!
Friendly, professional, nice selection of granite, proper English spoken here. Follow-up. Many weeks later, I am still waiting to hear from this company as to how they came upon the exorbitant price of installing the granite. They presented only a quote, and nothing else. I chose to go with another company that was $2,000.00 less than HY Granite using the identical granite. Proof that Hy Granite overcharges their customers.
TERRIBLE customer service. They were late each and everytime. Do not reccomend!
I would absolutely avoid this company. I installed $48K worth of marble. The seams look horrible. The marble has gotten water stains on it from sitting outside and no one bothered to have a conversation about what would could do before it was installed to fix it. Finally, the sink cut out was not correct after giving them our workstation sink so that they could precisely cut it.
