Customer service answered by less then knowledgeable persons, quality control when orders are assembled lacking (my order arrived incomplete), emails go unanswered, and phone line rings busy. kq6i order #1670307
Contacted the service department about my brand new AV-680, left several tickets regarding problems with tuning (or I should say inability to tune it) however after a few weeks no one in the service department has found it fit to reply or contact me regarding this, pretty poor when you are left to sort out their antenna problems for them. Hoping some one will contact me before the 2 year warranty runs out so I can use it. Geoff - VK3ACE

I have nothing but good to say about Hy-Gain and their service Dept. I have a DCU-3 controller running a Ham-VII rotor. Not sure how but I ended up needing a transformer in the controller replaced after about 2 years of service. When I got it back from Hy-Gain without any cost other than shipping to them my rotor still would not turn. I sent the rotor and controller to them and just received it back, again no cost all repaired. I had a bent gear shaft. They were great to work with and did an excellent job fixing my rotor.
