I recently had a complicated, impacted wisdom tooth extracted at this clinic. I was nervous, but the dentist was very gentle throughout the procedure. What impressed me most was the recovery—I had almost zero swelling! Truly a skilled team. Thank you for making a tough procedure so easy.
Dr Lu is amazing, patient, kind and great with kids. Another clinic told us the filling required general anesthesia at a hospital and would cost a few thousand dollars. After switching to Dr Lu, he treated it like a normal filling and my child felt no pain at all. He was extremely professional.
Dr. Lu, the front desk staff, and the hygienist all deserve five-star reviews. However, the attitude of Dr. Lu’s dental assistant was really disappointing. It seemed like she was trying to save effort by pressing the plastic suction tube against my lip for support. It was quite painful, so I used my lower teeth to hold the tube in place—without touching it with my upper teeth at all.Then the assistant loudly shouted at me twice: “Don’t bite!!!”“I told you don’t bite!!!” I was honestly startled.
