I have no complaints regarding the quality of the cookware sold by this corporation, but this corporation is hungry for money and they will take it if you get them a chance. I logged on to my account with the purpose of paying my debt in full. I found out that the card on file expired two months ago. By calling customer service, I found out that I was already sent to collection. They are shady about the payment issues, almost half of our monthly payment is "finance charges" they are hard to get ahold of and stubborn to correct mistakes. From reading all of the reviews and my own experience it seems that they coach their employees to participate in, lawful I'm sure, but unethical sales practices. You know how the salesman says 30 days but really its 3.........................BOOM.
