I went out today to drop my trailer off and noticed my spot was full of snow. I usually do not use my spot much in the winter so I called Josh to see if I had to try to shovel it out or if by chance they clean them if need be. He was there so he jumped in the skid steer and had it cleaned out in no time. He mentioned someone is usually around but a bit of notice would be appreciated. Josh is a great host and extremely easy to deal with. The trailer storage facility is clean, easily accessed and very secure. No pests and the snow was never an issue when we had to get some chairs for Christmas supper. I would recommend this facility to anyone. It is a reflection of a hard working owner and is beyond top notch.
Was great place to work on
Used for several years. Close enough to the city. Coded gate, security monitoring and we have had absolutely no pest issues.
