Paid them to go to trial because in the initial consult they said it's a strong case and agreed to go to trial. They end up backing out on court date saying trial option wouldn't be good because the partner in the consult office didn't examine previous evidence that she said she would do! Apparently if she had examined the evidence that she said she would order from the court (which she didn't), she shouldn't have given consult to go to trial.
