I had a very disappointing experience with this storage facility. I reserved and paid for a storage unit online, but when I arrived, I couldn’t access the unit. I tried calling the office multiple times over several days, and no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. Since I couldn’t reach anyone and had already been charged, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. Can’t get in contact with anyone here
Awful communication, they emailed us Wednesday (9/17/25) saying that they were cutting everyone’s locks off to install a new Bluetooth lock on every unit this week (9/19/25, 2 day notice). This system is controlled by cell phone that you can share codes to, the owner also has access to anyone’s unit (but it’s safe because they’ll notify you beforehand asking for permission…).
