Awful communication, they emailed us Wednesday (9/17/25) saying that they were cutting everyone’s locks off to install a new Bluetooth lock on every unit this week (9/19/25, 2 day notice). This system is controlled by cell phone that you can share codes to, the owner also has access to anyone’s unit (but it’s safe because they’ll notify you beforehand asking for permission…). Staff is very polite and helpful, units are clean. Location is great and easy access. They had the size unit I was looking for available when I needed it.
