Waited 30 minutes (so far) in the drive thru. I'm blocked in. As soon as there is an opening... I'm pulling out. Hope the food is good because wait time & service is bad :( maybe they will get the hang of this and things will go more smooth as time goes on! Edited to add that I appreciated the response from owners and their continued efforts to get things going more smoothly :)
The food was really good, the frozen custard was disappointing, and the service was about what you'd expect from opening week. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and got a burger with no bacon. That was fine, I just asked to have the price reduced because of it. We ate our food and drank our waters. After being there for an hour and a half, our waitress never refilled our drinks. When we got the check, the items we were charged for were not what we had ordered. First time and I was sooooooo IMPRESSED. We went around 3pm so it was a bit slower but everyone was very sweet, attentive and the burger was AMAZING. I love the 50s music, and atmosphere. Will for sure be back! I always love a good burger.
Man I have not been in a place like this and ever had the service I've had today they welcomed us in waitress was amazing very quick at her job took our order was very patient with all the kids turned in the ticket to have the food prepared food was out in less than 10 minutes I think this is about the best service I've ever had the kids enjoyed it and she was very patient with my five-year-old who kept asking her several questions also this was our first time to ever eat here very pleased !!!!food was good to shakes also
