My first time at this Hwy 55 restaurant. My grandson and I entered and got a table. The young lady behind the counter greeted us, but looked upset. Young fella came over asked what we like to drink. He really looked like he was mad with the world with no smile. I ordered cheese steak, totes, and sweet tea. Grandson enjoyed his burger and fries n drink. First Time Last Time! Not a good food option, food quality below any fast food restaurants standards I've ever visited, Service non existent, and outside appearance of property very poor ( old grease bucket, poor landscaping, debris in back) I will always give an establishment another chance this place makes it almost impossible. Manager attempted to be courteous and professional, but the product was so bad did not give me any hope this place could be better.

Everything would have been fantastic if the manger wasn’t so rude to his own employees. No matter the problem ( which from what I could tell had nothing to do with her performance as an employee) it shouldn’t be addressed in the middle of the room full of customers. He was completely dehumanizing towards the poor waitress. Makes me worry how he is with them away from customers. Something should be done on a higher level against Manager Levi.

The food was cold and the service was awful!! Had to wait forty minutes to get our food and needs to be managed better
