great food, nostalgic, and great service! I enjoyed hanging out with my son who's attending UC & he highly recommended and was a great day out for us in the snow & ice. Next time I'll have to splurge & get the milkshake they looked really really good!
We enjoyed our visit very much. The food was delicious and the staff was SO nice! Helen was wonderful to us ... made us want to return to HWY 55.

The food is great and the workers go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your food and your stay. I highly recommend.
I won't be going back to this Hwy 55. Last night, I called at about 8 to see how long they would be open to. Whoever answered the phone told me 11. So I drove all the way there at about 10, just for a milkshake and the doors were locked. There were still people inside eating and the sign on the front door also said they close at 11. Instead of coming out to explain that they were closed, the employees sat there and ignored me. Needless to say, lying and poor customer service are reasons I won't be back.
Chicken Philly has been my favorite sandwich and for someone who is not a huge dessert fan...OMGosh the frozen custard is AWESOME!!!
