Waited 30 minutes (so far) in the drive thru. I'm blocked in. As soon as there is an opening... I'm pulling out. Hope the food is good because wait time & service is bad :( maybe they will get the hang of this and things will go more smooth as time goes on! Edited to add that I appreciated the response from owners and their continued efforts to get things going more smoothly :)
The food was really good, the frozen custard was disappointing, and the service was about what you'd expect from opening week. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and got a burger with no bacon. That was fine, I just asked to have the price reduced because of it. We ate our food and drank our waters.
