Where to begin. Our food wasn't hot when we got it, there was a food in one of our salads, service was awful, the restaurant wasn't as clean as it used to be, the list continues. We are so disappointed in hwy 55 and not sure if or when we'll go back.
Business response:
Hi Erin! We are so sorry to hear about recent experience! We have contacted the operator and staff to ensure this does not happen again! IF you decide to give us another try, I would love to hear about it! Best Wishes, Amber Lambert/Director for Customer Happiness/amber@hwy55burgers.com
Business response:
... Thanks for dropping by!
Great logo. It catches a spirit from the past that brings a promise of delicious things in the present. Blessed Advent Season! Wilda (Spalding)
Really poor service the past few times we have gone. The floor there is HORRIBLE. I slip every single time. Most times if we aren't careful, we are charged the wrong price (like tonight, we had the special which was $11.99...we were charged 15.99). The staff is nice, but neglectful.
Business response:
... Thank you for the good feedback on the food! Sorry to hear the rest of your experience was not up to par ... We do have a manager on duty and most likely he was in the kitchen, but certainly would have made himself available upon request ... However we will be sure to look into whether or not the staff felt under supported ... Thanks again for dropping in!!
Going down hill fast. Had to clean up our own spill and ask for mop 3 times while what seemed to be the manager was busy flirting with the young girls.
Business response:
... Thanks for supporting us!
