Very Professional,friendly people
I recently took over a storage unit here. They called the previous owner to tell her I never called to give them my payment details. I went inside the store today to make sure they had my information on file, as they had already charged my card. The man at the office called me a liar, and told me it’s impossible that they’ve taken a payment from me. They are closed during their posted business hours. My husband and I brought our 45ft trailer to store but they were closed. We then spent the next 45 minutes attempting to back out of their parking lot because they were unable to help us.
