I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this salon, and it has nothing to do with the actual nail work. I used to go to this salon for years but ever since it got sold the biggest issue is the owner’s behavior. She was extremely rude and dismissive toward her own staff, which made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. Highway 31 Nail and Spa!!!!!! I’ve been coming here for a year and the ladies never disappoint, very professional and polite nice vibe and the owner Vee is nothing short of amazing!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
The person who recommended this place to me was a regular. My nails wouldn't last 3 days from this place. One day I was looking at the person's nails who recommended the place and noticed she always had a nail missing. She now wears press ones. I stopped going to the place because my nails just never looked as nice as other people's nails.

I cannot speak to the calibur of services. I will, however, speak to walking in the door 40 minutes prior to the posted closing time (complete with open sign). I spoke to the person at the front stand and stated that all I needed was a basic manicure. She listened to my request and then promptly said they were closed. This is not a place I usually frequent.
