I loved my nails!! Ruth did such a good job and was super sweet. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything came out exactly how I pictured it. I’m honestly obsessed with how they turned out and have already gotten so many compliments. I’ll definitely be going back to Ruth for my next set! 💅🏼💕
I had such a great experience with Ruth! She was incredibly nice, professional, and took her time to make sure my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. You can really tell that she cares about her work and her clients. I’m very happy with my nails and the service I received. Ruth does poor work. Periodt! My third time trying over time. I don't recommend allowing her to service anyone for a walk-in gel nail or fill-in's. I wanted a pedi too but decided it was better not to! I was already uncomfortable with her. I gave her the benefit her skills might had improved over time. She's doesn't cover the entire nail with the acrylic only the potion that is out grown which leads to the polish chipping and nail separation . I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this salon, and it has nothing to do with the actual nail work. I used to go to this salon for years but ever since it got sold the biggest issue is the owner’s behavior. She was extremely rude and dismissive toward her own staff, which made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. You could clearly see the tension, and it didn’t feel like a welcoming or professional environment. What stood out the most was how she reacted when clients were speaking Spanish. Highway 31 Nail and Spa!!!!!! I’ve been coming here for a year and the ladies never disappoint, very professional and polite nice vibe and the owner Vee is nothing short of amazing!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
